Fish Oil May Boost Memory

New research shows that fish oil supplements may actually boost memory in aging adults. Fish oil has been known for many other great things it can do, well I guess its time to add another to the list. Although is can have some anti-social side effects, such as causing your skin to give off a less than attractive odor, it is overall a very beneficial thing to consider. Participants in this research were asked to take either fish oil or placebo every day for six months. Then they were given tests that was similar to simon says. The ones that took the first oil scored much better than the participants that took the placebo. Overall I think this is a great breakthrew in the medical field. It is just one more thing that can help Americans live a healthier and longer life.

  1. Fish oil and green tea supplements, I have wanted to try both. But adding another to the list, Ahh! I wonder if they would boost memory for young adults as well? It says the also contribute to heart and vascular health. The more I think about it just easting fish high in omega 3’s sounds much more appealing than another smelly pill.

  2. The blog was good, but there were a few key points missed. The evolution of nutrition as a technology seems to be absent. The blog says it's a new study, but they don't say anything about previous studies. Also a few other points were kind of missed that are supposed to be touched on. Honestly I'm not sure how to relate it to the key points that it's supposed to. I want to be as helpful as possible, but I just can't think of how to relate fish oil to art. On the other hand I would consider it an art form to even discover a way to relate fish oil pills to art. The aspect of society is overpowering though. The effect of improved memory improves society.

  3. I have heard that fish oil is good for the heart. I work in a gym and I am frequently asked about supplements. I decided to take fish oil and see what would happen. Its nothing special to me. I personally think it a waste of money.

  4. I didn't know that fish oil can boost memory. This is a very incredible research. I always thought that fish oil is useful for people with hearth condition. I used to work at Walgreen. They used to sell supplements to help increase or help memory. I was very surprised that they have medication to boost memory. There are also medication to boost focus. I think this medications are useless. First, they are going to be expensive. Second, i don't think that by taking a medication you can actually boost your memory. It's all psychological thing. It's all in your mind that you need medication for boosting memory n focus. I just have hard time believing this research.
