An interesting video that features Eva Vertes talking about medical breakthroughs that might lead to the cure of Alzheimer's. She is a microbiology prodigy, at the age of 17 she found a compound that stops fruit-flies brain cells from dying. It has been regarded as a step towards the cure of Alzheimer's. She continues to research the roots of such diseases as cancer and Alzheimer's. Fully understanding these diseases may lead to cures.

It is really awesome that there are people who are finding cure for dangerous disease such as Alzheimer and cancer. A girl aged 17 is really into finding cure for disease. Well I see some hope for those diseases because whenever I heard a person having dangerous disease has been expired. In order for people to survive in this world we need some improvement in science and specially the medicine.
ReplyDeleteSince we had to watch the ted talks video for one of our earlier essays, I have found these videos to be really interesting. I even put one up on our forum too. It's really amazing what these people know and just great to see them all sharing their knowledge.
